Terms of Service
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Nodezap platform and website (the "Services") provided by Nodezap, Inc. By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.
2. Your account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and workspaces.
- You must be at least 16 years old and use the Services for lawful business purposes.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Services, including by: violating any law; infringing others' rights; attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Services; sending malware; or building workflows that transmit unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
4. Your content & data
You retain all rights to the data, workflows, and tools you create or connect ("Customer Content"). You grant Nodezap a limited license to host and process Customer Content solely to provide the Services. You are responsible for having the rights necessary to connect and process the data your workflows access.
5. Plans, billing & trials
- Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis and are non-refundable except as required by law.
- Free and trial plans are provided "as is" and may change or end at any time.
- Fees exclude taxes, which you are responsible for where applicable.
6. Availability & support
We work to keep the Services available and reliable. Uptime commitments and support response targets for eligible plans are described in our Service Level Agreement.
7. Intellectual property
The Services, including all software, design, and content provided by Nodezap, are owned by Nodezap and its licensors. These Terms grant you no rights to our trademarks or branding except as needed to use the Services.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms or use the Services in a way that risks harm to others. On termination, you may export your Customer Content for a reasonable period, after which it may be deleted.
9. Disclaimers & liability
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nodezap's aggregate liability arising out of the Services is limited to the amounts you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
