What counts as a workflow run?
One run is one end-to-end execution of a workflow, no matter how many steps it has. Loading a tool or dashboard doesn't count — only automations that execute. The Free plan includes 500 runs a month; paid plans are unlimited.
Can I change plans or cancel anytime?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated; downgrades and cancellations apply at the end of your billing period. Your workflows and data stay intact when you change plans.
What happens if I hit the Free plan limits?
Nothing breaks. Your existing workflows keep running until the monthly run quota is used, and we'll notify you well before you hit it. Upgrade to Team any time to lift the limits instantly.
How does the 14-day Team trial work?
You get the full Team plan — unlimited workflows, AI steps, all integrations — for 14 days, no credit card required. At the end of the trial you can add billing details or drop back to the Free plan without losing your work.
Do you offer annual or volume discounts?
Yes — annual billing saves about 20%, and Enterprise agreements include volume pricing. Nonprofits and education teams get an additional discount; contact us from your organization email.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, processed by Stripe. Enterprise customers can pay by invoice with ACH or wire transfer.
